Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from crew leads
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Complete basic equipment maintenance and site cleanup
Qualifications
