Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general labor.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and organize the job site.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and site protocols to prevent accidents.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time work, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude toward learning.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
