Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials (bricks, cement, lumber) using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the supervision of skilled journeymen and foremen.
- Quality Control: Help ensure all work meets safety standards and project specifications.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe job site by sweeping, hauling away trash, and organizing tools.
- Assistance: Provide general support to carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople as directed.
Qualifications
