Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks under strict supervision.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and correctly.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up staging.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the work area to ensure a safe environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome beginners and provide full on-the-job training.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
