Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including clearing debris and cleaning work areas.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down temporary work stations.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of safety guidelines is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
