Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily site operations.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools safely.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or project plans when directed.
Qualifications
- Zero Experience Required: We welcome beginners eager to learn.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
