Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, digging, and leveling ground.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under the supervision of experienced crew members.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Support carpenters, masons, and other skilled tradespeople with various tasks.
- Transport materials to and from the work area efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
