Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely under supervision

- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently

Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train motivated candidates
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
