As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, supporting our skilled tradespeople and ensuring our projects are completed safely and efficiently. We value hard work, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use at the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and levels, under supervision.
- Assist with digging, trenching, and general site preparation.
- Follow all safety regulations, including wearing PPE and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Perform basic measurements and layout tasks to support project accuracy.
- Clean up debris and materials at the end of each shift.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide full training.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the Fort Worth location.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
