Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety zones
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades
- Maintain OSHA compliance at all times
- Complete daily equipment maintenance logs
- Participate in weekend project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Weekend availability mandatory
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Tennessee or North Carolina residency required
