Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, saws, shovels, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors and project managers
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- No construction experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with consistent attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
- Team player attitude with strong communication skills
