Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Perform site cleanup, including removing debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials accurately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Support the team with general labor duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to learn and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
