Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites.
- Perform general cleaning and site maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Transport materials to and from various job locations within the region.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required – we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous labor for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for safety instructions.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
