Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints and instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety compliance at all times.
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit with the stamina to perform manual labor for 8+ hours a day.
- Willingness to learn safety protocols and follow instructions.
- Basic communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
