Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying
- Participate in team-based construction activities
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
