Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools safely (hammers, shovels, saws) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support demolition, excavation, and framing operations
- Transport materials within job sites using carts or dollies
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâcomprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
