Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Support Trades: Aid carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Site Maintenance: Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe for the team.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn new skills.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to get to the job site.
- Communication: Basic English skills to understand instructions and safety briefings.
