Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various aspects of the construction process, including framing, masonry, and drywall.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and safety plans.
- Perform site preparation work such as digging, leveling, and cleanup.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights when necessary.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for travel to Pennsylvania projects).
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
