Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction projects, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely under the supervision of senior crew members.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as cleaning, digging, and leveling the ground.
- Demolish structures and remove debris while adhering to strict safety regulations.
- Transport heavy items using dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts (training provided).
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are looking for attitude and work ethic over technical skill.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of safety guidelines and willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reliable transportation to the job site daily.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
