Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily site operations and tasks.
- Perform general site preparation, including excavation, debris removal, and cleanup.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and storage areas.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision (training provided).
- Measure, cut, and assist with the assembly of materials as directed by the crew leader.
- Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols to ensure a secure job site.
- Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are mandatory.
- Basic tool handling skills are a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
