Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and job sites.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in reading blueprints or layout plans.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for 8+ hours a day in various weather conditions.
- Must be willing to work at heights and in confined spaces as required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus, but not mandatory.
- No previous construction experience is required; we provide the training.
