Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for project planning
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and testing methods
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on water heaters, pumps, and filtration systems
- Collaborate with construction teams on renovation and new build projects
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to complete 4-year apprenticeship program
- Reliable transportation to job sites across DC/VA
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
