Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily site operations and tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold materials weighing up to 50+ lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- No prior construction experience required; training will be provided.
