Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and cleanup tasks.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Hand dig trenches, holes, and footings as directed by the foreman.
- Support carpenters, masons, and electricians with various manual tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
