Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under the supervision of skilled trades.
- Transport materials to and from various job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome beginners and are willing to train the right candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable and punctual for part-time shifts.
- Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
