Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall, and concrete work.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy objects.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or work orders.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
