Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under strict supervision and safety protocols.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company regulations while working.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work in physically demanding environments and perform manual labor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
