Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, cleanup, and safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints for accurate material handling and installation
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and project-specific guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience preferred
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Flexible availability including weekend/evening shifts
