Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, leveling, and debris removal.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, strictly following safety protocols.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as framing or drywall hanging, as trained.
- Support the lead crew with daily tasks and respond to on-site instructions promptly.
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
