Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and projects.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools efficiently.
- Perform general cleaning, site maintenance, and debris removal.
- Operate heavy machinery and basic equipment safely (training provided).
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
- Support the crew to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting and standing.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
