What You Will Do:
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily site operations.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials and equipment.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the work area.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Measure, cut, and handle lumber and other construction materials accurately.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide training!
