Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directed.
- Transport materials to and from the storage area efficiently.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we will train you!
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic measurements.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Must have a valid ID to work in the USA.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
