Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including excavation, framing, and general site preparation.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment (e.g., hand trucks, drills, levels) safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including daily cleanup and waste removal.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations (OSHA guidelines) to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor and working in various weather conditions.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
