Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, hauling, and lifting heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to ensure project specifications are met.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Must be physically capable of performing manual labor, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
