As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, supporting skilled tradespeople and contributing to high-quality projects throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and moving materials.
- Material Handling: Load and unload lumber, bricks, cement, and other building materials safely and efficiently.
- Cleaning: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing trash and ensuring tools are returned to their proper places.
- Assistance: Support carpenters, electricians, and other trades by fetching tools and providing general labor support.
- Measurements: Help with basic measurements and marking areas for construction work under supervision.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and site protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to Learn: No prior experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
- Basic Tools: Familiarity with basic hand tools is a plus but not required.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
