What You Will Do:
As a Laborer, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, assisting in various tasks on residential and commercial sites. Your role will be vital to ensuring our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Site Preparation: Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and ensuring safety hazards are minimized.
- Assist Tradespeople: Provide support to carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed during construction activities.
- Basic Construction Tasks: Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to blueprints and instructions.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery (training provided).
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is mandatory.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Teamwork: Must work well effectively within a team environment.
- Availability: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
