Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting building materials.
- Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of senior tradespeople.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and maintaining a safe work area.
- Dig, level, and grade earth for foundations or structures as directed.
- Help with concrete placement and basic carpentry duties.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (hot, cold, rain).
- Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces when necessary.
- Basic math skills for measurements and reading blueprints (training provided).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
