Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently and safely.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Equipment Support: Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of basic construction equipment and tools.
- Demolition & Prep: Perform light demolition, excavation, and site preparation tasks under the supervision of a foreman.
- Handyman Duties: Utilize basic hand and power tools to complete routine building tasks as directed.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other crew members to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero experience who are willing to learn the trade.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Safety: Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and a willingness to follow instructions.
