Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks, including demolition, cleanup, and preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the supervision of a foreman or lead.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not strictly required).
