Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation under supervision
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, loading/unloading materials, and debris removal
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople and follow instructions from site supervisors
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools after proper training
- Support various construction phases including framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance as assigned
Qualifications
- No formal experience required – we train motivated beginners
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and occasional weekends
