Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Load/unconstruction materials and equipment safely
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
- Support team members with general construction tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level welcome
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic understanding of English (verbal comprehension)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Availability for early morning shifts (6:00 AM start)
