Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow strict safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members.
- Load and unload lumber, concrete, and other building materials.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and quantities.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license is a plus (but not required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
