Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely.
- Clean and prepare job sites, removing debris and waste.
- Operate basic construction machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
