Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Clean and prepare job sites to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as digging, mixing concrete, and carpentry support.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines strictly.
- Perform general labor tasks including hauling debris and setting up temporary fencing.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic communication skills and a strong desire to learn.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- No prior construction experience necessary; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
