Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials using hand tools and power equipment.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe working environment for all crew members.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic heavy machinery or vehicles (training provided).
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, hauling, and debris removal.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50+ lbs frequently.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- A valid Driver's License is a plus.
