Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with daily tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and site preparation tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior construction experience required (we will train the right candidate).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
