Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Support concrete pouring, framing, demolition, and finishing operations
- Complete daily progress reports and communicate effectively with team leads
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily availability
- Basic understanding of construction site safety standards
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
