Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling.
- Load and unload lumber, tools, and supplies from delivery trucks.
- Operate power tools and hand tools under the supervision of experienced crew members.
- Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately as directed by the foreman.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic carpentry duties such as framing, sheathing, or drywall hanging support.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn and work as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for measuring lengths and quantities.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
