Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate basic construction equipment (hand tools, power tools, etc.) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material transportation and setup
- Complete daily equipment inspections and safety documentation
- Adhere to all OSHA standards and company safety procedures
- Participate in team-based project completion during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counting
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Louisville metro area
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
