Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily site tasks and project execution.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding under supervision.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and tools (e.g., forklifts, skid steers, jackhammers) after certification.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform general labor duties including sweeping, shoveling, and hauling materials.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Basic English communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record is a plus.
